Mike handles the representation of both sellers and buyers, specializing in dual transactions (buying & selling simultaneously), investment properties, and the sale of unique properties. Primary areas of focus include: Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Ahwatukee. He’s also very knowledgeable of Arcadia, Paradise Valley, and downtown/central Phoenix areas.

As an investor and entrepreneur, Mike’s business model is constantly improving as he strives to give his clients more options. MEET THE TEAM
Michelle assists Mike and the team with the management of transactions from contract to close.
Originally from northern Virginia, Michelle lived in southern California for 22 years and moved to Arizona with her family in 2012. Michelle and her husband Frank have been happily married for 23 years and have two daughters. She prides herself on being very well connected with her local community. She started the Neighborhood Watch in her community, sits on the Social Committee for her HOA, hosts annual Getting Arizona Involved in Neighbors (GAIN) events and started the Bunco group in her community.
Victoria is our marketing and social media guru. While she is originally from Florida, she has called Arizona her home for over 20 years now. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from ASU in 2014, and her Master’s degree from Fuller in 2019 – both with a 3.9 GPA. Her academic prowess, attention to detail, and empathic competency flows into her work ethic and ability to serve our clients well. Her creative mind and visual skills make her ideal for marketing.
In her spare time, Victoria loves to practice expanding her skills in photography and videography. She is also passionate about music and spending time with her loved ones.
Justin is a native of Arizona, and is thus our area expert for both sellers and buyers. Want to know all the hot locations? Just ask him!
Having lived in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area his whole life, he is very familiar with the area. Before starting in real estate, Justin also led a successful career in the banking industry. He has developed excellent client relationships, assisted in financial planning as well as served in leadership and management. His proven skills have given him the ability to understand his clients continually varying needs and finding practical solutions for them. Justin finds passion in providing a next-level experience for those he is serving.
On a personal note, Justin is very involved in his church as the Music Director, playing guitar and singing. He also stars in his own real estate parody videos.
Hunter is a native of Arizona, and thus an area specialist for both buyers and sellers.
After earning his BA in entrepreneurship & accounting from Baylor University, he returned to Arizona and led a successful career in residential and commercial remodeling as a Senior Account Executive. During this time, Hunter gained experience with planning, designing, and developing large scale remodels while ensuring the highest level of customer service. His proven skills have given him the ability to provide a highly detailed, professional, communicative experience for his clients, while also gaining long-term relationships in the process.
In his personal time, Hunter enjoys mountain biking, traveling, hiking, and spending time with his wife Michelle and their son, Christian. He also actively serves Baylor University as a board member, helping to ensure the school’s continued growth and success.
Katie is a South Scottsdale native with a love for the city and Arizona as a whole. She attended Arcadia High School before heading south to the University of Arizona, where she studied business and finance. Real estate has always called out to Katie, as it’s the perfect blend of her strengths and interests – architecture and design, numbers and finance, and most importantly, building trusting relationships with clients.
Katie began her career as a wealth management advisor, working with high net worth families for eight years. She now employs her experience in guiding clients through important financial decisions to help buyers find their perfect homes, all while navigating the real estate market and financial details of buying and selling.
In her spare time, you’ll regularly find Katie working out at her fiancee’s gym, remodeling and making upgrades to their South Scottsdale home, and spending time with family and friends.
