ABOUT CHANDLER

Chandler is a prominent suburb of Phoenix, bordered to the north and west by Tempe, to the north by Mesa, to the west by Phoenix, to the south by the Gila River Indian Community, and to the east by Gilbert. It’s approximate population is 261,000.

While mostly suburban, Chandler also has a vibrant downtown with popular restaurants, bars, and local shops.  The highly rated schools, among the best in the state, draw families from around the valley as do many large corporate headquarters including Intel, Honeywell, PayPal, Wells Fargo, Banner Health, and Orbital ATK.

Homes in downtown Chandler tend to be small ranch style homes built in the 60’s and 70’s, however as you venture further south and east, homes get newer and tend to have larger plots of land.  A popular area of Chandler is Ocotillo – mostly affluent and close to major freeways, it is south of the 202 freeway and thus separated from the older downtown areas.

With rates and property values low, he saw an opportunity to make a healthy profit with rental properties. Within a year, the passion for investing quickly turned into a full time business. As his knowledge grew, so did his opportunities as he was asked to train all the incoming agents for his brokerage after only being in the business a year and a half. In December of 2016, he joined the fastest growing agency in town, North&Co., to help expand their southeast valley presence.
