GLENDALE

ABOUT GLENDALE
Glendale is a city located on the west side of town with Peoria to the West and Phoenix proper to the North, East, and South. The city is mostly suburban but home to the University of Phoenix Stadium, where the Arizona Cardinals play. Glendale’s population is roughly 228,000.
Glendale has historically been known as an older part of town, however since the development of the Cardinal’s stadium and the adjacent West Gate area, the city has seen a major uptick in new home development. The combination of affordable homes and the close proximity to Phoenix make Glendale an attractive home.
Homes range from older 1960’s ranchers to 2000’s and newer depending on now far West and North you travel.
