ABOUT GILBERT

Gilbert is located in the southeast valley, with Chandler to the west, Mesa to the North, and Queen Creek to the east and south. Gilbert encompasses 76 square miles and has made a rapid transformation from an agriculture-based community to an economically diverse suburban center.  Just in the last three decades, Gilbert has grown at an extremely high rate, increasing in population from 5,717 in 1980 to around 209,000 in 2015.

Mostly suburban, Gilbert has a reputation for being family friendly and safe.  Since 2012, the downtown area has been heavily developed with many popular restaurants and bars.  The combination of suburbs, close proximity to shopping/restaurants, and affordability makes Gilbert a popular destination.

Due to it’s newer development, homes tend to be newer, larger, and in master planned communities.  Many other parts of Gilbert, however, are still undeveloped or home to farmland.

Three words to describe Gilbert: traditional, suburban, entertainment

Mike handles the representation of both sellers and buyers, specializing in dual transactions (buying & selling simultaneously), investment properties, and the sale of unique properties. Primary areas of focus include: Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Ahwatukee. He’s also very knowledgeable of Arcadia, Paradise Valley, and downtown/central Phoenix areas. Communication is the most important component of any business and to that end, his clients are always “in the know” during their real estate transaction. Mike and his team are responsive and do their best to always be available to their clients. They’re passionate about helping people accomplish their real estate goals and exceeding their expectations. As an investor himself, Mike first got into real estate in 2011. With rates and property values low, he saw an opportunity to make a healthy profit with rental properties. Within a year, the passion for investing quickly turned into a full time business. As his knowledge grew, so did his opportunities as he was asked to train all the incoming agents for his brokerage after only being in the business a year and a half. In December of 2016, he joined the fastest growing agency in town, North&Co., to help expand their southeast valley presence.
