ABOUT PARADISE VALLEY

Paradise Valley is a small, affluent town nestled between Scottsdale and Phoenix with a population of roughly 13.000 residents. Despite the town’s relatively small area and population compared to other municipalities in the Phoenix metropolitan area, Paradise Valley is home to eight full service resorts, making it one of Arizona’s premier tourist destinations. It is also known for expensive real estate, with many homes elevated up on Camelback Mountain with expansive city views.

Residents attend schools in the Scottsdale Unified School District. There is a Paradise Valley Unified School District, and it is one of the largest in the state, though like many other institutions with the name Paradise Valley, it refers to the Phoenix village, and not to the town.

Homes in Paradise Valley average over $1,000,000 and are mostly custom homes on large plots of land.

Mike and his team are responsive and do their best to always be available to their clients. They’re passionate about helping people accomplish their real estate goals and exceeding their expectations. As an investor himself, Mike first got into real estate in 2011. With rates and property values low, he saw an opportunity to make a healthy profit with rental properties. Within a year, the passion for investing quickly turned into a full time business. As his knowledge grew, so did his opportunities as he was asked to train all the incoming agents for his brokerage after only being in the business a year and a half. In December of 2016, he joined the fastest growing agency in town, North&Co., to help expand their southeast valley presence.
