Mike handles the representation of both sellers and buyers, specializing in dual transactions (buying & selling simultaneously), investment properties, and the sale of unique properties. Primary areas of focus include: Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Ahwatukee, and Gilbert. He’s also very knowledgeable of central Phoenix, north central Phoenix, and the Moon Valley areas.

As an investor himself, Mike first got into real estate in 2011. With rates and property values low, he saw an opportunity to make a healthy profit with rental properties. Within a year, the passion for investing quickly turned into a full time business. As his knowledge grew, so did his opportunities as he was asked to train all the incoming agents for his brokerage after only being in the business a year and a half. In December of 2016, he joined the fastest growing agency in town, North&Co., to help expand their southeast valley presence.

MEET THE TEAM
Michelle assists Michael and the team with the marketing of listings and managing transactions from contract to close. Originally from northern Virginia, Michelle lived in southern California for 22 years and moved to Arizona with her family in 2012.
Michelle is very close with her family. She and her husband Frank have been happily married for 23 years and have two daughters. She prides herself on being very well connected with her local community. She started the Neighborhood Watch in her community, sits on the Social Committee for her HOA, hosts annual Getting Arizona Involved in Neighbors (GAIN) events and started the Bunco group in her community.
Victoria serves our team in the areas of marketing and social media. While she is originally from Florida, she has called Arizona her home for over 20 years now. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from ASU in 2014, and maintained a steady 3.9 GPA at a graduate-level program from 2015-2018. Her academic prowess, attention to detail, and empathic competency flows into her work ethic and ability to serve our clients well. Her creative mind and visual skills make her ideal for marketing.
In her spare time, Victoria loves to practice expanding her skills in photography and videography. She is also passionate about music and spending time with her loved ones.
Justin is a native of Arizona. Having lived in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area his whole life, he is very familiar with those markets and the surrounding areas. Before starting in real estate, Justin also led a successful career in the banking industry. He has developed excellent client relationships, assisted in financial planning as well as served in leadership and management. His proven skills have given him the ability to understand his clients continually varying needs and finding practical solutions for them. Justin finds passion in providing a next-level experience for those he is serving.
On a personal note, Justin is very involved in his church as the Music Director, playing guitar and signing. He also stars in his own real estate parody videos.
Raya is originally from a small town south of Rochester, NY. She then went on to college at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL (Go Knights!) where she graduated with a B.S.B.A, in Business. She then relocated to Phoenix and has been in the East Valley for more than 7 years. Because she’s relocated several times herself, she specializes in helping people from out of state move into the area. Before starting in real estate, Raya led a successful career in sales for a tech company.
On a personal note, Raya lives in Gilbert, AZ and is a mom to two rambunctious little boys. She absolutely loves cooking and traveling – in fact, she once backpacked through Europe for 2 months by herself. Her favorite place was Barcelona and she can’t wait to go back!
