Q. What types of homes fit the Guaranteed Offer program?

A. Generally we buy homes built after 1960 between $50,000 – $400,000. They must be homes that are not bank owned or in foreclosure and not in or near flood zones. The homes we buy must be in our service areas (Maricopa County & most of Pinal County) and not have any un-permitted additions or significant foundation issues. Q. How does the Guaranteed Offer process work?

A. Once you submit your home for a Guaranteed Offer, our team will verify if your home meets the program parameters. If so, we will make you an offer on your home contingent upon a home inspection. If you accept the offer, you have the opportunity to close in as little as 10 days.

Q. Can I still sell my home if it does not meet the program parameters?

A. Absolutely! If your home is submitted to our Guaranteed Offer program and does not meet the parameters, we can setup a consultation with one of our agents to sell your home traditionally.

Q. Can I list my home for sale traditionally and then later decide to accept my Guaranteed Offer?

A. Yes, however our initial offer is only good for the first 30 days of your listing period. After day 30, our offer goes down 1% and then after day 60, our offer goes down 3%. After 90 days on market our original offer is no longer valid and a new offer will be given to you should you request one.
