QUEEN CREEK

QUEEN CREEK

ABOUT QUEEN CREEK

Queen Creek is a small town in the East Valley, bordered by Gilbert on the west, Mesa on the north, and San Tan Valley on the south. With a population of approximately 34,000 residents, Gilbert is still mostly rural and not yet developed.  Farmland is the norm however there are several newer developments to choose from.

Homeowners move to Queen Creek to get a good bang for their buck.  Due to it’s location a little further out from the city, residents can save 10-20% as well as get a newer and larger home.

Three words to describe Queen Creek: rural, community, scenic
