ABOUT SAN TAN VALLEY

San Tan Valley, named after the nearby San Tan Mountains, is a small bedroom community located in the far southeast part of metro Phoenix in Pinal County.  It has an estimated population of 85,000 residents.  It is bordered by Queen Creek to the North and West and Florence to the South and East.

Just in the past 5-10 years, San Tan Valley has seen explosive growth.  Due to its affordability, many homeowners and retirees make the trek to one of the more rural parts of town.

San Tan Valley homes are typically in large master planned subdivisions and are less then 10 years old.
